Power Property Management (PPM) is a premier, full-service property management and investment company operating across Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties. They specialize in managing single and multi-family properties, offering a comprehensive suite of services including property management, leasing, capital improvements, and financial services. PPM positions itself as a “value add expert” focused on maximizing client cash flow and protecting assets.

My Role & Deliverables: My primary objective was to strengthen PPM’s digital brand presence and drive engagement with property owners and residents through high-quality, professional, and informative graphic content.

I focused exclusively on Graphic Design for their social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and other digital marketing channels. Key deliverables included:

• Informational Graphics: Creating clean, engaging visuals to illustrate complex concepts like the “Power Difference,” the Capital Improvement process, and key performance metrics (e.g., vacancy rates, rent maximization).

• Branded Content: Designing consistent templates for services promotion, contact information, company mission, and core values (Resourcefulness, Loyalty, Family Values, Do The Right Thing, Adaptability).

• Property Marketing Assets: Developing visually appealing graphic banners and posts for featured rental listings and successful case studies to highlight the company’s leasing expertise and results.
